No "one size fits all" as our motto. Thus, we offer customization for our family and portrait photo sessions. 

Our standard size starts from $300 for one hour photo session at your desired location. All high resolution photos will be put on our online gallery with client access.

• Extra-hour coverage starts from $300/photographer.
• USB SSD (Solid State Drive) to store all of your photo files is available (Depending on its size, the price starts at $100/drive). Only available for Special package orders and above.
• Additional Photo Album prints and canvas photos, as well as other products, can be ordered from our website via Zenfolio (third-party web provider) or other available online web providers. Large print may require a custom order to ensure high quality.

• Preliminary consultations and planning are included.
• Custom package is available per inquiry.
• Outdoor location may be subject to weather condition. We will do our best effort to perform the photo shoot on inclined weather. If indoor location alternative is not feasible on the shooting day due to weather condition, we may provide alternative date and time (subject to available slot).
• Unused hours are not refundable, but can be redeemed on different day, subject to availability.
• On-Location shots must be done within the Greater Seattle area. For outside the area, please call us for rates/travel fees. 
• Digital photos will be delivered after review and post-processing are done. Online access will be delivered from our website via Zenfolio (a third-party web provider) or from other available online web providers.
• Price includes service by one master photographer (assistant may be included per availability). Additional photographer fees and availability may vary, so please call far in advance to ensure booking confirmation.
• A 50% non-refundable down payment is required. Full payment is required at least 2 (two) weeks/14 days before service is tendered/performed. We only accept payments in Cash/Wire-transfer/Zelle/Venmo currently. To protect us from scammers (such as money mule/fake events/overpaid schemes, etc) which is a rising trend lately, we will not accept any form of checks/money order/cashier checks, intermediate 3rd party vendors, gift cards, etc.
  A note for e-payment: only confirmed payments with minimum settlement time of 3 work days, excluding weekends and holidays, is required before we can render our services.
• Only 1 (One) Promo Discount (whenever available and applicable) per order for each customer is permitted.
  Sales Tax of WA State (Redmond) is applicable.
• Forms must be filled out, signed, and dated in order to book the service on the desired date.
• All packages require 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking and the remaining will be due upon two weeks prior to the booked shooting date.
• Our cancellation policy applies to any packages. We will refund 100% the paid fee (excluding the non-refundable deposit) if cancellation is done before the shooting date. However we can not refund any fees if cancellation is made on the shooting date (the cancellation made after the working hours of the day prior to the shooting date is to be counted as cancellation made on the shooting date). If the customers become incapacitated, passed away or their mobility is deemed to be not feasible for the planned photo session, we will refund 100% the paid fee (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
• We will retain copyrights of all materials produced. Packages that have prints rights included will grant customers the right to print/copy all material. (For sensitive corporate/government photo sessions, we will sign NDA and yield the copyrights to the corporation/government, remove all photos materials from our site, memory cards, online and physical storages).
• By using our service, we will not be held liable for any outcome, damage, or injury to customer(s) and their conditions, venues of the photo shooting sessions, regardless of the cause/reason. While we put the safety of our clients as paramount, we can't predict or avoid anything during the shooting sessions. Customers must provide their own health care, nurse, assistant to help them during the shooting sessions. Breaks and rests time will be given upon request by the customers or whenever we deemed as necessary, regardless of the reason and time.
• Parking fees and fuel surcharge may apply for location more than 10 miles from our place in North Redmond/Woodinville and/or venues that require parking fees.
