The requests for getting professional headshots for profile photos are on high demand lately. We understand the need for such demands and based on the feedbacks from our customers, we are here to present you with our professional headshots service.

Pro Headshot Session:

• $250 per session (about 60 minutes + prep time).
• Price includes several photos with different style, angle, lighting, and backgrounds.
• Customer may change different location/clothing as long as time permits. We don't limit number of photos and we will try to capture the best and professional looking headshots. Customer can also request certain style and we will do our best to fulfill it to your satisfactory.
• Standard background color fabric (white/black/dark gray/dark brown/dark blue).
• Greenscreen with virtual background (single color/motif or custom) is also available if background fabric is not used/not available.
• Outdoor/Indoor setting is selectable, depending on weather and/or customer's preference as well as safety considerations. Certain locations may not be available due to potential hazzard, permission issue, or no access.
• Private Online gallery will be available.
• Additional Photo Album prints and canvas photos, as well as other products, can be ordered from our website via Zenfolio (third-party web provider) or other available online web providers. Large print may require a custom order to ensure high quality.

Corporate/Volume Pro Headshot Session:

• Minimum 10 people. $250 per person. Discount is available for high volume headshot session.
• Same options & specs as personal Pro Headshot Session specified above with photo will be sent to either HR or per individual's corporate email/designated storage space.
• Due to time constraints, each person/session will be subjected to the time limit given by the HR/management and may be extended to extra day/separate session. A retake session can be provided as well for additional fee.
• Direct preview may be provided with a tablet/external monitor/laptop on site.
• We require enough time to setup our equipments on site. Preferably minimum of 2 hours is required as we have to transport the equipments into the location and setup everything, do test shots to verify lighting, cabling, power, etc. If feasible, we need to do an inspection prior the day of photo shoot session to check the required space and ambient lighting, power requirements, etc.
• Special payment arrangement can be done with your accounting department, however we need at least 25% or $100 (whichever is higher) booking fee to secure the date in advance.

Photo Session Space Requirement:
Designated space for the Headshot Session must be provided and should be sufficient (min. approximately 12' width x 20' length x 10' ceiling height). For less ideal space, we may have to adjust/change certain equipment to accommodate the photo session.

We only accept payments in Cash/Wire-transfer/Zelle/Venmo currently. To protect us from scammers (such as money mule/fake events/overpaid schemes, etc) which is a rising trend lately, we will not accept any form of checks/money order/cashier checks, intermediate 3rd party vendors, gift cards, etc.
A note for e-payment: only confirmed payments with minimum settlement time of 3 work days, excluding weekends and holidays, is required before we can render our services.
 

2026 Federal and WA State Tax Requirement:

As per IRS and WA State regulation, we have to collect the following taxes for our services:

- WA (Redmond) Sales Tax: 10.4%

For any new transaction after April 15th 2026, we will add the tax onto the amount in the invoice (previously we included the tax into the amount already. However, due to recent raising costs and new state requirement for gig workers, we no longer can do so, hence we have to start applying the taxes). Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

Additional Info:

• Preliminary consultations and planning are included.
• Custom package is available per inquiry.
• We don't provide makeup/cosmetics/dresses. Customers may bring/use their own makeup/cosmetics/dresses. We can help you to get referrals for cosmetics artist/styler.
• Outdoor location may be subject to weather condition. We will do our best effort to perform the photo shoot on inclined weather. If indoor location alternative is not feasible on the shooting day due to weather condition, we may provide alternative date and time (subject to available slot).
• Unused time is not refundable.
• On-Location headshots must be done within the Greater Seattle area. For outside the area, please call us for rates/travel fees. 
• Digital photos will be delivered after review and post-processing are done. Online access will be delivered from our website via Zenfolio (a third-party web provider) or from other available online web providers.
• Forms must be filled out, signed, and dated in order to book the service on the desired date.
• Price includes service by one master photographer.
• Only 1 (One) Promo Discount (whenever available and applicable) per order for each customer is permitted.
  Sales Tax of WA State (Redmond) is applicable.
• Full payment is due on the day of headshot session. 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. We only accept payments in Cash/Wire-transfer/Zelle/Venmo currently. • Our cancellation policy applies to any packages. We will refund 100% the paid fee (excluding the non-refundable deposit) if cancellation is done before the shooting date. However we can not refund any fees if cancellation is made on the shooting date (the cancellation made after the working hours of the day prior to the shooting date is to be counted as cancellation made on the shooting date). If the customers become incapacitated, passed away or their mobility is deemed to be not feasible for the planned photo session, we will refund 100% the paid fee (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
• We will retain copyrights of all materials produced. Packages that have prints rights included will grant customers the right to print/copy all material. (For sensitive corporate/government photo sessions, we will sign NDA and yield the copyrights to the corporation/government, remove all photos materials from our site, memory cards, online and physical storages).
• By using our service, we will not held liable for any outcome, damage, or injury to customer(s) and their conditions, venues of the photo shooting sessions, regardless of the cause/reason. While we put the safety of our clients as paramount, we can't predict or avoid anything during the shooting sessions. Customers must provide their own health care, nurse, assistant to help them during the shooting sessions. Breaks and rests time will be given upon request by the customers or whenever we deemed as necessary, regardless of the reason and time.
• Parking fees and fuel surcharge may apply for location more than 10 miles from our place in North Redmond/Woodinville and/or venues that require parking fees.
